The lower body developes through hard stance training with variations on the horse stance and the "thousand pound sitting" exercise. Two-man contact drills & "tiger hand" applications are demonstrated with explosive power. Sifu Yee prepares his renowned Dit Da Jow, a liniment that both heals and helps prevent re-injury.
